I recently started working out, for the first time in a long while. Now, my neck and shoulders have always been incredibly tense. I have bone spurs in my feet, and like everyone, a decent amount of stress in my life (foreclosure, taking in 4 younger siblings while my mom finds a house, starting college.. bleh). Anyway, the past few days the back of my neck and the middle of my shoulders just under my neck have been unbearably tight. To the point I’m so dizzy and my head is in such pain it’s hard to stand up. I work doing shipping full time, so it doesn’t help that I sit in front of a computer all day. Once this month’s rent is paid I plan on getting (my first ever) a deep tissue massage and taking a break from the gym for a weekend since I have weekends off. Until then, anyone know of something I can do at work to help get me through the day? Stretching and rolling my head around isn’t working, and I can’t press hard enough to do anything by rubbing it.

  1. We live in WA state and I want to know what happens with foreclosure here? To be more specific here is my situation: Septmber 2005 We did an 80/20 and purchased our home new. The morgage was sold off several times as lenders often do… February 2008 We refinanced our 1st into and FHA loan and subordinated the 2nd. AS of Now we are 30 days past due on our second. On our 1st it was sold off as soon as we signed and we are with Wells Fargo and it is an FHA loan…we were 3 payments behind (shy of 90 days) and so we are now on a repayment plan where you make 3 payments and then have a baloon payment due, but you end up doing a modification after the 3rd payment to basically start your loan over. We made the first two payments of the payment plan, but have not made the 3rd and are about to break the payment plan…they told us as long as our income was more than our outcome we could requalify for a new repayment plan however talking with my husband we are considering some other options… My husband was laid off work, and now they have him back, but it will be about a month and a half before they can put him back on salary and back into the income we are used to and back on track with our morgage, but after looking around and checking the facts we think it might be better to leave our house and rent…we know that we owe about 30K more than our home is worth with the current market…also we found several houses similar to our own but to rent we are looking at paying $1,200/month instead of the $1,800/month we are paying now and also the rental homes are in a better area and are not townhomes, but single family residents with yard and so on and also a landlord to take care of severe maintance…we are VERY clean people and have no pets and take care of things…we are not gross people. I know we will have to have a deposit and so forth and we are hoping to be able to find someone to rent to us with our credit now less than perfect due to the time my husband was laid off…but what will happen to our current home? *Can the lender take us to court to get the difference between what we owe and what they are able to sell the house for after they foreclose on us? *When we leave can we take the refridgerator and washer and dryer and other things we brought into the house? (I know we will have the foreclosure on our credit for 7-10 years–I will be 30 when it comes off…we had perfect credit before this so kind of a bummer…good news is we do not need to buy another vehicle or change our insurance or look for a new job so we will have to let our credit recover back to how it was before… but with the fact that we can rent a house better than ours for about $600 less per month and not have as much maintaince to worry about it just makes more sense…especially considering that my house is worth far less than we owe now). Please let me know if you have gone through this or you work in this industry…I know that when I searched google I found that it said both…some places said we would have to pay the difference after they sold and some said we would not… Thanks for your time! howcrazy asked: Related Blogs Related Blogs on Break Daily...
  2. We have second note on house for $15,000.00. (loan was made for home improvements over 2 years ago)…..The 1st home loan is for $101,000.00..We can not qualify for a deed in lieu due to having a second note…. A Short Sell is also apparently out because home is worth MORE (not less) than what is owed on it, but its not selling because noone can get a loan (house has been on the market for 3 months at market value and was reduced in price again). Also have home for sale with a lease/option…(we used a realtor and not For Sale by Owner because we wanted the process to go quick) ….Cant get 2nd loan off the house so we can sell the house for less until the loan is payed off in full… but cant do that until we sell the home…We arent even asking for a profit, we just want enough to pay off loans and the realtor fees and closing costs…We cant save our home and continue to make house payments because of loss of wages from cut backs at work.. Cant refinance because house is For Sale…….and if we could refinace it wouldnt save us from being in the same situation a few months from now (we would only save about $100.00 a month)…Cant rent a room as everyone is moving back in with mom and dad these days. We can not rent the house out to cover the cost of both morgtage notes and afford a roof over our heads too.. No one will work with us until we miss our morgatage payments (which will be very soon.. 3 months AFTER i warned the lenders of the hardship with weekly calls and letters)….and got nothing but the run around for the last few months from the lenders AND a housing counselor …. Now if our home is “FORCED” (and the key word here is “forced”) into foreclosure and the house sells for MORE than the pay off “Will they pay off the second loan also ? or come after us for that too ?? Is there any other option that we may have over looked….We just want to save our credit so we can start fresh again when the economy finally gets better..We will not consider borrowing money from family or friends who are also struggling and we will not consider using our credit cards to survive this economy down fall either….WHAT IS LEFT ? They want our homes and now they apparently need our great credit scores too !!!!!!!!! rebelwithacause asked: Related Blogs Related Blogs on Closing Costs...

  4. My ex wants to take over the mortgage after the divorce is final but I’m afraid that it won’t be paid for properly and it may go into foreclosure and ruin my credit. Is there a legal way to get my name off the mortgage papers and therefore not have to worry every month about the mortgage being paid? coastingrightalong asked: Related Blogs Related Blogs on Divorce MBA,...
  5. My husband and I bought our condo for our family about a year and a half ago for 108. At the time in this area, this was a great deal. We bought it from a friend that we’d rented from for a couple years, and the condos in the area for our model were going any where from 115’s to the upper 120’s. We love the area, we LOVE the schools, and we didn’t want to move. So, we went for it. It was really stressful, but we pushed forward. So now, fast forward, the homes in the area are in the LOW 80′S! My work is working me less and less. My husband lost his part-time job due to it being sold to a foreign company and downsizing, which might not seem like much but at this part-time job he made more on a weekend than he did the entire week at his full-time job cause it was a union job. So, that was a HUGE hit to us. He still maintains his full-time job. We are limited because we only have one car, so we work opposite schedules. And, because of all of these things and more our mortgage is falling behind. We are running about 1 1/2 to 2 months behind at any given time. And, now with the holidays coming up we’re really stressing out. Especially since we have two children, an 11 year old girl and an almost 13 year old boy. We’re doing everything we can. We’ve rented out half our garage. We’ve cut off our home phone. We don’t pay for online service (we just use the wifi). We supplement grocerys from our grandpa (who buys grocerys for the whole family, it’s kind of his hobby. he loves it!). My sister (who lives across the street) and I alternate who makes dinner to save money. We don’t buy fast food. We don’t keep snacks or pop in the house. We buy generic EVERYTHING. My kids STILL don’t have all their school clothes. My son doesn’t have a winter coat yet, he uses my husbands. Thank God for hand-me-down clothes from the family! After all of this, my mortgage is still slipping! And, I’m scared to death that they are gonna come tell us to leave! I know this is a lot to read, and I appreciate you reading this. Most of what I’ve read online about the government helping people stop foreclosure pertains to people with variable interest rates, which we don’t have. So, is there help out there for people like me who are doing everything they can but still coming up short? Thank you, God bless and Merry Christmas! leftsmiling asked: Related Blogs Related Blogs on Love Celebrating...
